About

Sasha is a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor & Certified Brainspotting Practitioner who sees women in her private practice in Sandpoint, ID  and across Idaho and Montana via telehealth.

Her primary goal is to help adult women achieve well-being and trust in their relationship with themselves, and with others, despite difficult experiences or traumas from childhood that may have broken those relationships.

The clients that come to see Sasha typically have histories of family dysfunction, are adult children of emotionally immature parents, struggle with relational issues, symptoms of shame, guilt, anxiety, issues with feeling safe or at ease when around others, feeling on edge or irritable or explosive, depression or self-image concerns, as well as ongoing feelings of being “stuck” in life.

Sasha looks forward to supporting her clients in recovering from their pasts, finding their voices, and strengthening their relationships with themselves and others.

Therapeutic Modalities:

Sasha provides mental wellnesss services that are non-pathologizing. Her work focuses on treating symptoms at their root, bringing awareness to what our symptoms are trying to tell us (instead of focusing on how they’re working against us).

You don’t have to keep carrying your past with you.
