About

About Sasha Krotova, LCSW

I use relational, experiential and psychodynamic approaches in my work with clients - meaning I focus on the client-therapist relationship to support healing, working with my clients in their bringing unconscious processes to the surface that drive their unwanted behaviors and feelings, stuckness, and difficulties in relationships with self and others.

I engage my client’s with practices that support natural curiosity about their inner worlds, “knowings” or learnings they had to develop in their family systems growing up.

I am a certified Brainspotting Practitioner. I primarily utilize Brainspotting, a modality that re-connects us to our bodies and regulates our nervous systems, it is a deep healing intervention I am excited to incorporate into sessions with my clients.

I use humor, metaphor, and creativity in sessions with my clients, and love having an organic process in therapy, yet I will be sure to prioritize and focus on your goals throughout our journey together.

Together, we will learn to not only to experience your emotions openly, but also learn how to listen to ourselves in new ways, in order to release our shame, guilt or anxieties surrounding our present issues and our past experiences that may have got us into therapy.

If you are seeking support to explore feelings deeper, process your deep, impactful experiences, or perhaps find a root cause to your life circumstances… I look forward to working with you.
